These Terms & Conditions govern the use of zenithsleeprituals.com and purchases made through the Zenith Sleep Rituals online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

Zenith Sleep Rituals™ Tape is a single-use external adhesive wellness product designed to encourage gentle lip closure during sleep while leaving the nostrils unobstructed.

The product is available in:

  • 30-piece supply — approximately 30 nights of use
  • 60-piece supply — approximately 60 nights of use
  • 90-piece supply — approximately 90 nights of use.

Each tape is intended for one-time use only.

The product is intended for persons aged 5 years and older.

3. Wellness Product — Not a Medical Device

Zenith Sleep Rituals™ Tape is a wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

It is not a treatment for obstructive sleep apnea, respiratory disorders or other sleep disorders.

Information on this website is provided for general wellness and educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and other information on the website are accurate.

The product is designed according to specifications determined by ZENIT and manufactured abroad by a manufacturing partner.

The product composition is:

  • 95% cotton and 5% spandex, with a skin-friendly adhesive.

Product packaging, appearance and other non-material characteristics may change from time to time.

5. Product Safety

Customers must read and follow the Product Safety & Instructions before use.

Do not use the product if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose.

Do not use the product in circumstances described in the Product Safety & Instructions.

If you experience breathing difficulty, significant discomfort, irritation or an allergic reaction, remove the product immediately.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is submitted.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout is completed.

The 60-piece and 90-piece supplies qualify for free standard shipping.

ZENIT is not VAT registered in Slovenia. Any tax treatment applicable to an individual transaction will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Ordering

Products may be purchased through the website without creating a customer account.

Guest checkout is available.

Before completing an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the order details and correct any errors.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After submission, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

8. Order Acceptance

The electronic order confirmation confirms receipt of the order.

The contract is concluded when the order is accepted by ZENIT and the customer receives an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • an obvious pricing or technical error
  • product unavailability
  • inability to process payment
  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • an incorrect or incomplete order
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

9. Payment

The website accepts the payment methods made available at checkout, including:

  • credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay.

Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment service providers.

ZENIT does not intentionally store complete payment card details on its own systems.

10. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from:

  • Shipping is available internationally.

Standard shipping prices are:

  • Slovenia: €4.15
  • EU countries: €8.97
  • Other European countries: €9.65
  • Rest of world: €11.48
  • Standard shipping is free for the 60-piece and 90-piece supplies.

Orders are shipped using Pošta Slovenije.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, postal service, customs procedures and circumstances outside our control. Where a specific estimated delivery time is not stated at checkout, customers should contact for current delivery information.

11. Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are outside ZENIT's control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product may legally be imported into their destination country.

12. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

ZENIT is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing from the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

The withdrawal period for goods generally begins when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Hygiene Exception

Where the statutory requirements are satisfied, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the consumer has unsealed them after delivery.

For Zenith Sleep Rituals™ Tape, customers should therefore keep the product sealed if they wish to preserve the possibility of exercising the statutory withdrawal right.

This exception does not limit statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

15. Returns

If a customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying ZENIT of the withdrawal.

16. Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal applies, ZENIT will refund eligible payments in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

ZENIT may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence of return, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

17. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Customers retain all mandatory statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.

18. No Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee

ZENIT does not currently provide a separate voluntary 30-day or other money-back guarantee.

19. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to Zenith Sleep Rituals™, including branding, logos, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and other website content, belongs to or is lawfully used by ZENIT.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

20. Website Use

Users must not:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems
  • introduce malicious software
  • interfere with website security
  • provide fraudulent information

ZENIT is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, postal disruptions, customs delays, government actions, technical failures or other extraordinary events.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

25. Complaints

Accordingly, customers who may wish to exercise the statutory withdrawal right should not open the sealed product packaging.

How to Use

Ensure the skin around the lips is clean, dry and free from oils or creams.

Make sure you can breathe freely and comfortably through your nose.

Place the tape gently over closed lips according to the product instructions.

Do not cover the nostrils.

Dispose of the tape after use.

Do not use Zenith Sleep Rituals™ Tape if:

Stop Use Immediately If

Remove the tape immediately if you experience:
